We can ALL be a drain at times.  Life gets the best of us and then all of  the sudden, everything sucks!! Well, instead of being sucked further down that drain, reverse that downward spiral and hop aboard the gratitude train; express preferably.  Each and everyday, Neuroscientist make advancements in acknowledging the positive effects of practicing and cultivating the attitude of gratitude, from releasing "feel good" chemicals to the brain to balancing hormones and over all piece of mind, gratitude is a practice; just like meditation, is a practice.  A practice of awareness, an action. When you've drifted, bring yourself right back with a little giggle and heart breath and begin again. Who cares, just come right back lovingly.  When you drift again, bring yourself right back!  It is a way to train and to tame the mind so that we can operate more often from a truthful, experiential and heart based place. So, hop aboard the Gratitude Train and In the comments below, list at least 5 gratitude vibrations and feel free to pick up passengers along the way.

I'll go first!
I am grateful for my NYC apartment. I’m grateful for all of the teachers living and past.  I am grateful for the flowers from my Hubbs.  I am greatful for dreams. I am grateful for all the animals and plants. I am grateful for bumping into old friends and reconnecting. I am happy for the first comment on this blog and the person who wrote it. I am grateful for water. I am grateful for the person who inspired this and for the gentleman on the GRATITUDE TRAIN. I am grateful to live in a country where I can express myself. I am grateful for morning coffee. I am grateful for unconditional love.  I am grateful for my Dad.  I am grateful for my Mom.  I am grateful for all of the sad times, the happy times and the in between times.  I am grateful for Inspired Action.  I am grateful.
