Atelier Classes are a fusion of ancient yoga practices with the beauty and graceful strengthening of classical ballet and Pilates. It is suitable for anybody looking to feel more connected to their body, graceful, strong and centered. The Atelier Joint and Bone Health is great for any season of life and specifically target for balance, strengthening, creating stability in everyday movements for the golden population. We use as stool at times, weights, barre, and props keep the body, mind, spirit strong, stable,  and enlivened.

An Atelier Yoga class specifically designed for detoxification supported by the benefits of far infrared.

Far Infrared offers increased blood circulation can help enhance and deliver nutrient dense oxygen to organs, and tissue. This paired with the ancient wisdom of the yoga postures and breath-work this class is an excellent way to reset and rejuvenate.

BASIC MAT PILATES

Our Basics Mat Pilates class focuses on identifying and awakening the core muscles that support the natural and neutral curves of the spin.  You will develop strength, elongate muscles, create stability and range of movement.

Pilates-A series of mind-body exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Originally called "Contrology," the system of Pilates core principle is designed to create fluidity in range of movement, strengthening and stability, all while developing awareness of breath, focus and deep connection to the postural centerline, "Axial Elongation".
